Pepper Content is looking for a driven Business Development Representative who excels in communication, negotiation, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone and make cold calls. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base in the US market, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities : Prospecting and Cold Calling: Initiate and manage outbound cold calling efforts to identify and engage potential clients. Conduct targeted outreach to generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline.

Communication and Relationship Building: Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their content needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Phone-based Sales Techniques: Demonstrate confidence and effectiveness in phone-based sales techniques. Comfortably handle objections and navigate through challenging conversations.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use market insights to tailor sales approaches and strategies.

Eagerness to Learn: Proactively seek opportunities for skill development. Adapt to new challenges and stay updated on industry best practices.

Qualifications : Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Business Development Representative role in the US market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of creating a strong sales pipeline. Comfortable with and adept at cold calling and phone-based sales. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
