Job description
- Develop and maintain a network of clients interested in outdoor properties including ranches farms recreational land and rural estates.
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels including networking events referrals and digital marketing efforts.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their goals preferences and budgetary constraints.
- Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to clients based on their specific needs and desires.
- Coordinate property showings inspections and negotiations on behalf of clients ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
- Stay uptodate on market trends property values and industry developments related to outdoor real estate.
- Collaborate with internal teams including agents brokers and administrative staff to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions transactions and property listings.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business real estate marketing or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record in real estate sales or relationship management with a focus on outdoor properties preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and problemsolving abilities with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Knowledge of real estate laws regulations and procedures applicable to outdoor properties.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology platforms including CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor\'s degree in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field preferred.
