Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at NuroPay in Khurja. The Telecaller will primarily be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our financial services, and setting up appointments with our sales team. The Telecaller will also need to maintain accurate records and update our database with relevant information.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate phone conversations effectively
• Proficient in basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
• Experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred
• Basic knowledge of financial services and investment products
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet daily/weekly targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field is preferred
