Job Purpose
As a Project Coordinator in our language industry company, you will be responsible for managing multiple language-related projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within scope. You will work closely with our project management team, language professionals, and clients to ensure that our projects meet our clients' requirements and drive our business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Support in planning, execution, and monitoring multiple language-related projects simultaneously using project management software to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Support in maintaining and creating project schedules, timelines ensuring that they are realistic and achievable, and that they reflect the clients' requirements and expectations.
• Assign tasks to team members and track task completion, ensuring that project tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
• Monitor project progress and report to the project manager and other stakeholders using project management tools and techniques to ensure that projects meet our clients' requirements and expectations.
• Communicate with clients using email, phone, and project management tools to ensure that their project requirements are understood and met, and that they are satisfied with the quality of our work.
• Work with our team of language professionals to ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet our clients' specifications.
• Support in Developing PM processes and implement project management processes and tools to enhance our project management capabilities as instructed, ensuring that we are continuously improving our project management practices.
• Support in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, reports, and communications, using document management software such as SharePoint, Google Drive, etc., to ensure that we have accurate records of our projects.
• Prepare quotes and invoices using project management software and accounting software to ensure that we generate revenue and meet our business goals.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures in project management to maintain our reputation for delivering high-quality language services.
Education, Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, management, or communication or language related field.
• (1-3) years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a language-related field or in a business environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet our clients' needs and achieve our business objectives.
