Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer in Noida. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering technical training to students and professionals, developing training materials and curriculum, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to learners on their performance. The Technical Trainer will also work with the Training & Development team to ensure that training programs align with organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in the subject matter
- Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs and materials
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to assess learners' needs and adapt training delivery accordingly
- Experience in using training tools and technologies for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required
- A certification in the relevant technology or subject matter is a plus
- Prior experience in the IT industry is preferred
