Role Summary:

As a Tier 1 Client Services Specialist your primary responsibility is to nurture and grow our portfolio of key accounts. This involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and strategically cross-selling relevant products and services. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving renewals, and achieving revenue growth targets.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 clients.

- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.

- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

2. Cross-Selling:

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products or services.

- Collaborate with the sales team to present compelling cross-sell proposals.

- Ensure clients are aware of the full suite of products and services available to them.

3. Customer Assistance:

- Provide excellent customer support, addressing client queries and issues promptly.

- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure clients are maximizing the value of our offerings.

- Assist clients in optimizing their use of our products for maximum impact.

4. Targets Achievement:

- Work towards achieving renewal targets by proactively engaging with clients.
(INR 50 lacs per annum)

- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities
(INR 1 Cr per annum). 

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall business goals.

5. Client Retention:

- Develop strategies to enhance client loyalty and reduce churn.

- Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive steps to address concerns.

- Implement retention initiatives to ensure long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.

- Proven 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a B2B context.

- Strong understanding of recruitment products and services offered.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
