Responsibilities:

1.ServiceNow Platform Management:

.Lead the administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.
.Ensure the stability, performance, and security of the ServiceNow environment.
.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

2.Development and Customization:

.Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
.Customize workflows, forms, and UI elements to meet business needs.
.Integrate ServiceNow with other third-party systems and tools.

3.Team Leadership:

.Provide technical leadership and guidance to the ServiceNow development team.
.Mentor junior developers and administrators.
.Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure alignment with overall IT strategy and goals.
4.Incident and Problem Resolution:
.Investigate and resolve incidents and problems related to the ServiceNow platform.
.Implement and maintain best practices for incident and problem management.

5.Continuous Improvement:
.Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

6.Documentation:
.Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
.Ensure that knowledge transfer occurs effectively within the team.
7.Security and Compliance:
.Implement and maintain security best practices on the ServiceNow platform.
.Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
.6+ Years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator.
.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is highly desirable.
.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and implementation.
.Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and Jelly.
.Proven leadership experience in guiding and mentoring a team of ServiceNow professionals.
.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
.Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
.Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
