Job description
- To manage the day-to-day activities related to Information technology Assets.
Role and Responsibilities
- Providing L1 support
- Close the tickets within the given SLA
- Working closely with the team to implement IT security policies defined by the organization
- Coordinat ing with team to facilitate accessories / consumables procurement needs
- Supporting onboarding activities related to the new employees as per the process
- Supporting exit formalities of the employees as per the process
