Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Developer located in Ludhiana. The Senior Business Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and spearheading strategic business development plans, prospecting for new clients, negotiating deals, and presenting business solutions to clients. The position requires a combination of strategic thinking, selling, and relationship-building skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in a B2B environment Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering successful business outcomes Strong knowledge of business development strategies and practices, as well as sales methodologies and techniques Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and manage multiple projects and priorities Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Additional Information Worldotutor is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity at our company.
