Job Title: Executive (L6) - Service Purchase, TMPVL
Position Summary with Job Responsibilities
This role is responsible to work with the relevant stakeholders to manage the portfolio of various Service contracts in order to maximize added value from Services providers and achieve business objectives in a timely manner within TMPVL procurement procedures. It needs to manage the allocated annual purchase value, achieve cost efficiencies and support deliverables.
1.Scope - Purchasing & settlement of Service Contracts
2.Should have knowledge for various types of Service Contracts.
3.Float RFQ, analyse quotations and negotiate contracts.
4.Approval note processing in online system as per Delegation of Authority.
5.PO release to service provider.
6.Managing and improving Turn Around Time for settlements.
7.Identifying opportunities of cost reduction using various cost optimization levers.
8.Manage Periodic Rating of LSP by Internal User agencies.
9.Conversion of payment terms for better Cash flow and Operation management.
10.Basic understanding of Make Vs Buy decisions & relevant costing.
11.Signing off Long term Service Agreement.
12.Supporting Digitization initiatives in Service Purchase.
13.Supporting Sustainability initiative.
14.Complying to Internal Audit & Statutory compliances pertaining to scope of activities.
15.MIS preparation on Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis.
16.Review of Contract validity on monthly basis.
17.Knowledge of Contractor Safety Management and Statutory compliances

Education
Engg. Diploma (In any stream) / Graduate

Work Experience



Work Experience
1.Min 5 years of total work experience (preferably automobile).
2.Experience in the areas of Service Purchase. Awareness of Contract and Labour Act / Contractor Safety Management and their legal impact/relevant Factory Act.
3.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including proficiency in Excel.
4.Good Inter-personal and Relationship building skills
5.Understanding of Cost reduction levers
6.Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
7.Knowledge of Relevant Taxation structure.
