Job description

The Position:

Human Resources role at HINCOL is a diverse responsibility. As member of HR Team., you will work on a number of cross-disciplinary subjects including talent acquisition & management, staff planning, defining and delivering training & development programmes, performance management, competency mapping, career planning, employee engagement, change management, etc. In this role, you will be liaising with Sr. Managers & Executive Committee besides several other internal and external stakeholders. You will develop and introduce various HR initiatives & solutions aligned to the Company's Business objectives. The core HR work includes efficient hiring, maximizing people capability, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle, supporting day-to-day operations as well as proactively engaging in process improvements and policy formulation.

Education Qualification: Two-year full time, Post graduate Degree in HR/Personnel Management or MBA in HR/Personnel Management from any reputed Institute.

Min.Exp.: Min. 6- 10 years' work experience in a mid-size organization in the areas of talent acquisition & management, competency mapping, training & development, employee relations or HR Policies/initiatives & implementation. Prior experience in SAP HRM, pay roll Module is desirable but not mandatory.

Role Description (including and not limited to)

  1. Work with cross functional teams to facilitate end-to-end HR solutions in areas specified in the JD.
  2. Help build one of the most skilled and committed workforces in similar Industry/Business lines.
  3. Assess manpower requirements and work closely with concerned teams for completing the hiring process within agreed timelines.
  4. Manage Employee life cycle including onboarding, confirmation, performance appraisals, employee relations and separation.
  5. Understand Business objectives (both strategic & operational) and implement KPIs and Performance appraisal cycles across all levels.
  6. Develop and implement a comprehensive competency framework across the organization for all employees.
  7. Identify skill sets required for each role/job and develop appropriate training & development modules to enhance employee capability.
  8. Work with line managers to identify bottom quartile employees and coach them to focus on improving performance.
  9. Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience/engagement.
  10. Create robust communication forums and facilitate interactions between the employees and management on a regular basis.
  11. Review employee compensation & benefits framework periodically and give recommendations for effecting suitable policy changes.
  12. Use analytical skills to bring new/innovative insights and make recommendations that will positively impact Business.
  13. Should have handled compensation and benefits/performance pay implementation/ monthly payroll on ERP/SAP software for min 200-300 employees.
  14. Knowledge of all compliances including Labour Law compliance, statutory compliances like PF /ESIC/LWF/PT/ Contract labor management as per statute.
  15. OD initiatives (leadership development and employee wellness)
  16. Employee engagement activities.
  17. T&D: Training Calendar /Rolling out training programmes/ mapping the training needs with the annual training calendar. worked on Competency mapping & competency development.
