Job description
As Vice President of Marketing Automation, leveraging the power of Clevertap, you'll spearhead our efforts to maximize customer engagement, drive conversions, and enhance brand loyalty. With a deep understanding of Clevertap's capabilities, you'll craft and execute strategies that elevate our marketing initiatives to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing automation strategies to optimize customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Drive and deliver Performance Marketing strategies & solutions to improve sales funnel and traffic across platforms
- Monitor and analyze the performance of automated campaigns, leveraging data insights to drive continuous optimization and improvement.
- Monitor the quality of leads being driven via the CRM tool and drive the quality improvement of leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key touchpoints in the customer journey and implement automated workflows to streamline processes and improve conversion rates.
- Utilize automation tools to segment audiences effectively and deliver personalized marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in marketing automation technology, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing automation specialists, providing guidance and support to maximize their impact and professional growth.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with automation technology providers and other relevant stakeholders to drive collaboration and mutual success.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in marketing automation, with extensive experience in leveraging automation tools to drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices, including segmentation, workflow automation, and campaign optimization.
- Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to interpret metrics and insights to inform decision-making and drive performance improvements.
