Junior Architect / Interior Designer Basic Qualification B.Arch / B.Des(Interior Design) / B.sc. Interior Design Experience Req : 1-3yrs Salary : Upto INR 18k/month + Allowances + Incentives

Knowledge: 2D,3D Rendering Autocad Good Sketchup/revit/3ds max skills. Excellent Vray rendering skills. Good photoshop skills Presentation Softwares MS packages Basic

Responsibilities

Prepare Excellent 3D renders(Interiors Mostly). Prepare Production Dwgs and coordinate with execution team. Outline client design objectives. Conceptualize and sketch design plans. Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project. Source materials and products included in plans. Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises. Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met. Do frequent site visits and monitor work progress and document on daily basis.

Additional Requirements Candidate should have Own Laptop. Looking for candidate from chennai for immediate joining. Should have a bike with valid driving license.
