Role Description He/ She will assist SME and MSME companies on various aspects of human resources management.

They are responsible for analyzing HR processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance overall HR effectiveness.

They will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions to address their HR challenges.

HR Strategy Development:

Collaborate with clients to develop HR strategies aligned with their business goals and objectives. Provide guidance on talent acquisition, employee retention, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and other HR areas

Recruitment and Selection:

Advise clients on best practices for attracting, selecting, and onboarding talent. Assist in creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates. Develop recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Training and Development:

Assess training needs within an organization and design training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Compensation and Benefits:

Conduct compensation benchmarking studies, evaluate job roles, and recommend competitive salary structures and benefits packages. Advise clients on incentive programs, bonus structures, and recognition initiatives.

Consultation and Relationship Management:

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong professional relationships based on mutual trust and respect. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to resolve complex HR issues and challenges

Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in HR management and operations Ability to handle employee relations and HR policies Skilled in human resources (HR) management Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities Experience in Consulting organization preferred. Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration would be beneficial High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
