Role :- BDM- Enterprise Solution
Qualification: BE / B. Tech/ MBA with Automotive Sales background (DMS/CRM Applications solutions)
Experience: 8 to 10+ yrs.
Location : Work Location : Pune & Gurgaon (1 position each)
Work Mode : Gurgaon (Purely Work from Office) & Pune: Work from remote
- PS: We look to close position at Gurgaon on Top priority, after that Selection you may focus on Pune region
Salary :- Upto 16lpa including Variable Pay of 10%
Preferred Notice Period : Not more than 45 days. Immediate joiners are welcome.

The candidates will be required to develop market for Enterprise Solution [DMS (Dealer Management System)/CRM/ in the allocated territory with responsibilities including lead generation, mapping large existing customers for services
opportunities, sales forecast, negotiation and closure. The candidates should have very good communication skills and will be required to make presentations to CXO level prospects and large forums. A self-driven professional with very strong engineering background with capability to conceptualize customer requirements is essential.
Skill Requirement - Experience working for Enterprise Solution i.e. ERP/PLM/DMS/CRM solutions in the discreet manufacturing industry
- Extensive, relevant experience of selling enterprise software solutions gained within a major software vendor.
- Well versed with selling IT services and products business offerings and delivery models. Managed services, Implementation services, application outsourcing and infrastructure outsourcing, business process consulting
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle/ ERP / Application Development and ITeS Domains
- Experience in the domestic market and most importantly in West India region is a must and ideally in an IT services/ consulting / IT software sales firm
- Experience handling large accounts independently
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for generating new business. Generating Sales Leads.
- Coordinating with the Technical team & Managers for strategizing the deals & discussing the prospective leads.
- Initializing the sales and closing the deal with the guidance of Manager.
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers. Liaison with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders.
- Post sales activity: Billing & Collection, Coordination for project deliveries, Implementation etc.
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. Achieving the Quarterly Targets, Half-Yearly and Yearly targets.
