Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Indore. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and improving the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Should also able to connect, update about the shows to the customers. Marketing & writing mails about the show information.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Experience in providing excellent customer satisfaction and customer service
• Customer Experience skills
• Ability to create an efficient and customer-centric service experience
• Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, conflict resolution and decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
