Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef. The Head Chef will be responsible for managing and supervising the kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation (Indian & continental cuisine), and ensuring the quality of food. The Head Chef will also be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and maintaining inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Culinary Arts degree or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Experience in managing and supervising kitchen staff
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create and modify menus based on customer demand, food cost, and seasonal availability.
• Experience in developing new recipes and creating innovative menu items.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience in inventory management and ordering supplies
• Experience in managing a restaurant or kitchen is a plus.
