As a Field Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting and selecting talent for our organization. Your responsibilities will include Field Recruitment, Placements and other Mobilisation activities. This role requires you to be proactive, organized, and an effective communicator, as you will be interacting with candidates and collaborating with various departments within the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience in field recruitment.
• Source resumes from various job portals and employee referrals.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Should have strong sourcing skills in field hiring, Campus hiring & Bulk hiring.
• Convincing skill, people management.
• Maintaining data base.
• Mass recruitment; Blue-collar hiring.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of recruiting techniques and tools
• Strong relationship building and networking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience working in the retail or fashion industry preferred
• Master's degree in HR
