Job description
What you will do:
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and market developments within the IT sector.
- Gather and analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with senior researchers and cross-functional teams to contribute to research projects.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in IT, including software, hardware, and cybersecurity.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive reports and presentations based on research findings.
- Contribute to the identification and evaluation of key factors influencing IT industry dynamics.
- Participate in the development of research methodologies and strategies to address specific research objectives.
What you will need: - Graduate + MBA (Marketing or Ops) from leading A & B-schools (specialization in Telecom or electronics will be useful)
- 0-3 years minimum experience in the Research industry (BE/BTech +MBA or BE/BTech)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with research methodologies and the ability to synthesize information from various sources.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying current with industry developments.
- Good understanding of the IT industry including current technologies
- Good to have knowledge of (or the ability to acquire an understanding of) other data management toolsets
- Experience/ eagerness to work in an extremely fast-paced work environment preferably in data research, or marketing/strategy pertaining to the IT Industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to contribute to the growth and success of the research team.
