Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with client services and relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role will also require assisting CEO with client servicing and daily productivity-related tasks.

• Experience in maintaining customer satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Experience in event / exhibitions management is a plus
