Desired ProfileÂ
- 7 + yrs Experience in PHP, CI, Laravel, OOPs & MySQL, various open-source frameworks
- Familiar with Multiple Design/Architectural Patterns in PHPÂ Â
- Strong Data Modelling and SQL Database skills (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL)Â
- Familiar with Application SecurityÂ
- Familiar with Cloud ServicesÂ
- Expertise with ElasticSearch/SolrÂ
- Proficient in Code Review/Standard/PracticesÂ
- Good Understanding & Hands-On experience of Microservices & Its Implementation PatternsÂ
- Excellent communication, self-motivator, team player, ability to solve complex problems, design & requirements documentationÂ
- Solid understanding of PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, MVC Writing and consuming Restful Web ServicesÂ
- SDLC - Agile Development model, Scrum Methodology, Planning & execution skills.
- Strong Understanding of Responsive Designs with Bootstrap Should be comfortable with the development of large web portalsÂ
- Must have worked on shopping E-commerce Sites Expertise in API and payment gateway Implementation.

- Develop logical modules to help build and maintain a robust platformÂ
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure software meets business requirements and is delivered on time Provide leadership and mentor a group of engineers in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Write and maintain high-quality codes.Â
- Implement best-demonstrated practices and ensure the correct flow of work is maintained at all times.Â
- Support and monitor the technical progress of development plans, while safeguarding functionality, scalability, and performance while regularly updating stakeholders.Â
- Prepare meaningful and crisp technical documentation and presentations explaining the features/modules/sub-projects you have developed..Â
- Build and release code to the production stack every week through GIT.Â
- Carry our self-demos to find opportunities to optimize the project source code and/or architecture, feature workflows and User interface.Â
