Job description
Responsible for statutory compliances like PF, ESI, Wages etc.
Other ancillary compliances as per legal regulations, renewal, certifications, regular filings.
Recruitment:
Handling ends to end recruitment of all employees up to the level of Executives in line with the corporate policy.
Designing driving induction / orientation programs for all new recruits.
Report Recruitment status / Manpower report as required.
Confirmations / Extension of Probationary periods of employees up to Officer s level
Responsible for Apprentice Recruitment, liasioning with Apprenticeship Board etc.
Responsible for managing MT s, Summer Trainees: Department Project Based
Talent Management:
Identification of Training Developmental needs of all employees
Prepare the Training Calendar and implement training plans.
Training Feedback and Evaluation
Maintain training records.
Achieve Training man-days as per budget.
Interface/Coordinate with the Corporate Learning Training Manager on training initiatives.
Generation of necessary MIS reports
Management Trainee Program Coordination at local level
Support all departments in training documentation, assessment and certification and prepare improvement plans.
In charge of probation/confirmation evaluation process
Employee Engagement Communication:
Initiating Annual/Quarterly/Monthly communication meetings.
Responsible for roll out of quarterly Newsletter (Pantnagar Diaries).
Coordinate with stakeholders for the execution of community projects and internal employee engagement activities.
Addressing employee concerns on HR policy matters
SAP Administration
Act as Sap Super User for HR. Responsible for all data entered in SAP for HR. Training new users. Coordinating with HO for defining individual roles.
Responsible for Position Creation Deletion as per OPL on SAP.
Qualifications : MBA in HR/ MSW or related field of study
Experience : 2 - 3 years of experience
