Marketing Automation Production Manager

Job description
As an integral member of our campaign production team at Tungsten Automation, the Digital Campaign Production Manager supports the development and execution of digital campaigns and supports optimizations within our marketing tech stack. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality campaigns and processes that follow best practices and drive results and pipeline, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to campaign review, testing, and approval.
Campaign Development and Deployment
- Develop email and landing page assets based on the templates and style guides, using HTML and a WYSIWYG editor.
- Structure the use of links, images and styles based on corporate standards.
- Utilize Eloqua, our marketing automation tool, to create and deploy digital campaigns, emails, landing pages and forms.
- Understand how to build segment data for emails, refining data as needed.
- Knowledge of building/manipulating data, to ensure GDPR exclusions are enforced.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of email campaigns across various email clients and supported browsers. Test email asset deliverability and ensure accurate data flow through Eloqua to the target database.
- Collaborate closely with asset requestors to review and revise assets as required.
- Submit assets for approval through the Demand Center QA system and make revisions as needed.
- Maintain Campaign Production job aids, including How-To and process documents.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct detailed quality assurance checks on each email campaign prior to execution, reviewing configuration, content, layout, HTML coding, and links.
- Document inconsistencies and make clear, organized recommendations for updates.
- Ensure campaign quality assurance within designated service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain QA documentation and processes.
- Utilize Eloqua, ticketing systems, and content management systems proficiently.
Other
- Continuously evaluate and propose improvements for all processes.
- Assist with special marketing operations projects as assigned.
- Contribute ideas to develop best practices for digital campaign development.
Required Skills
- Experience with HTML for web and email layout
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions such as Eloqua, Salesforce, ON24, Goldcast, 6sense and Asana
- Experience in B2B email marketing team highly desirable
- CMS, Photoshop, Illustrator, and graphical design skills a plus
Required Experience
- Willing to work either of the following work shifts: 8am to 5pm IST or 5 pm to 1 am IST
- 5+ years of experience in digital campaign execution using a marketing automation tool
- Experience in Eloqua, specifically emails, forms, segment, and landing pages, campaign workflows, nurture tracks, multi-touch campaigns
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Must work well under tight deadlines with changing priorities. Ability to ensure a high level of accuracy despite deadline pressure
- Ability to excel both independently as well as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to proofread English content
