Digi Sidekick is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic team in Noida, Sector 3. In this role, you will be pivotal in refining our digital presence and enhancing conversion strategies.Responsibilities:Manage Key Conversion Points: Oversee critical conversion points in the marketing funnel, and optimize landing pages, website CTAs, and lead-generating forms. Conduct A/B testing to measure performance.Collaborate across teams: Work closely with the performance marketing team, and social media teams to refine the conversion rateEnhance Marketing Efficiencies: Fine-tune lead-to-customer conversion rates and improve overall funnel marketing efficiencies.Requirements:Education: Graduation in any streamExperience: Minimum 1 year of conversion rate optimization experience, proficiency in web analytics and A/B testing, familiarity with inbound marketing tactics.Skills: Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Join us at Digi Sidekick and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional digital experiences!
