You will contribute to and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, well-being and clinics as well as assisting patients with activities of daily living and personal care. It adopts the premise no single health/wellbeing factor can be taken in isolation of other motivational issues which might impact a person's care. About You You will be a qualified Nursing Associate who can demonstrate entry to the NMC register with a real passion for developing your clinical skills in an environment that is ever-changing as some of your responsibilities will include completing wing medication rounds, primary care clinics and emergency response. You'll have a flexible approach working within a team that encourage new ideas and opinions on how to improve the service.
