Taazaa is looking for an
IT Sales Operation Support to join our growth team. We're looking for an enthusiastic person for our sales operations, lead generation, and presales activities, with hands-on experience in CRM management tools.
Responsibilities - Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential leads within the target market.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize various tools and platforms, including CRM systems like HubSpot or Apollo, to gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
- Implement effective lead generation strategies to contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
- Presales Proposals and Documentation:
- Assist in the preparation and customization of presales proposals.
- Create and maintain documentation related to sales processes, client interactions, and product information.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate representation of our solutions in proposals.
- CRM Management:
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot or Apollo.
- Manage and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize CRM data to generate reports, track sales activities, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on effective use of the CRM system.
Qualifications - Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot or Apollo.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
