Job description
Handle service operations of multi-functional devices pertaining to copiers, currency machines, fitness sorters, laminators, shredders
• Demonstration, installation, maintenance, repairing and key operating training of MFD's to customers
• Provide technical support to customers
• Handle Customer Complaints
• Identify and resolve client concerns
• Generate service revenue through service contracts
• Maintain and establish current and potential client relationships
