Job Title : Team Lead / Senior Team Lead - Operations.
Job Location : Chennai
Industry : BPO / KPO (Non Voice International Process)
Experience : 8 - 10 Years.
Salary : 5.5 LPA - 7 LPA
Notice Period : 1 month
Skill Set - Manage the day to day planning and problem solving of team members to meet with the required service level components.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- People management including all HR related issues as well as employees development.
- Operations management : Managing the floor, adherence to schedule.
- Should possess excellent communication skills and willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Experience in handling US based clients and experience in US Insurance is preferred.
