Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant at Innovit Tree Solutions located in Mumbai. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, and handling communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Personal Assistant will also be responsible for performing clerical tasks such as drafting and sending emails, maintaining records, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in diary management
• Clerical skills such as record keeping and report preparation
• Professional demeanor and behavior
• Travelling with Director
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field is preferred
