Job Title: BCM, PB Central COO
Location: Mumbai, India
Grade: Analyst
Role Description This BCM role is a part of the Central COO team supporting the global agenda including compliance on business continuity topics by way of constantly managing and monitoring business ability to perform seamlessly during a stress situation.

Your Key Responsibilities: (not limited to)- Conduct Call tree tests, Business review stress test (BRST). Ensure testing as per BCM requirements with adequate evidence
- Maintain on-going plan hygiene and address gaps in strategy or information
- Create, maintain and socialize crisis readiness checklists at all levels on a frequent basis
- Awareness training and Business continuity document update for PB divisions
- Workflow challenge reviews and quality checks
- Ensuring adherence to compliance for eBCM tool tasks before due dates
- Working closely with business heads, accountable managers (AM), Non-Financials risk management (NFRM) team to get approvals and relevant information
Your Skills and Experience: - University / Diploma qualifications in General Management / Project management / Risk & Governance or similar
- German language skills preferred
- 5-6 years' experience in the financial services industry with relevant Business continuity management experience preferred
- Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) is critical
- Proven experience in coordinating with internal stakeholders e.g. (Business / COO)
- Demonstrated capability of problem-solving, decision-making, sound judgment, assertiveness
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently showing drive and initiative with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Flexible problem-solver, open minded to receiving input from colleagues
- Ability to share and receive information, knowledge and expertise within the team environment
- Ability to work within virtual global teams in a matrix organization and across all levels of management and staff
