Responsibilities: - Ensure team's happiness
- Ship image ads, lo-fi ads, and other visual content for all our brands
- Lead the brand's visual design and aesthetics
- Create concepts and designs for a variety of mediums
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure that all visual materials align with our brand guidelines
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirement: - 8+ years of experience in visual design, ad films, experience as a Associate Creative Director or similar leadership role
- Experience managing and mentoring a team
- Proficiency in proven and new-age design software and AI is a must
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Should be in Bangalore or ready to move
