The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls and documents, explaining packages for products and services, maintaining accurate records of all inquiries, managing appointments efficiently based on client availability and doctor schedules, and coordinating with patients to collect payments for services rendered. Job Description As a Patient Care Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience and facilitating smooth communication between our clients and healthcare providers. Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls and documentation, explaining our service offerings to clients, maintaining detailed records of inquiries and appointments, and assisting with billing-related inquiries and payment collection. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing calls and documents. Explain packages for products and services. Maintain accurate records of all incoming calls and inquiries. Manage appointments efficiently based on client availability and doctor schedules. Coordinate with patients to collect payments for services rendered and handle billing-related inquiries. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
