Primary Responsibilities: - Manage ARM projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and in compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, Monitor and track project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and expectations.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment required for project execution.
- Conduct regular project meetings, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Support the Project Management team by providing expertise and assistance in resource allocation, and contract management as needed.
Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities - Comply with all Company and HSE policies and procedures.
Education/Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering. (Electrical, Mechanical or Structural Engineering)
Experience Required - Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing engineering projects.
