We are looking for a dedicated engineer to improve our global support leadership Java platform. Working with Java Product Teams, Oracle Support, Sales and Marketing groups, and external partners is a crucial part of the job. You will be an advocate for Java customers while working on their technical engagements as well as contributing to product direction through regular interactions with JavaSustaining and Development teams.
Duties and responsibilitiesinclude providing strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. A main focus is to create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. You are expected to be an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues.
