Job Title: Executive - Construction & Design
Department: Interiors
Position: Full time
Experience: 1-3 Years
Compensation Structure: 2.5-3 LPA 1 Opening - Approx 25-30K per month

Responsibilities:

 Work under senior designer, manage assigned project deliverables at concept, schematic,
and design development in given time.
 Develop project design and presentation drawings as needed.
 Familiar with color theory, lighting, material palette, basic design principles, space planning.
 Proficient in AutoCAD, Google Sketch Up, Photoshop.
 Understanding of design requirements from the client/architect and designer.
 Understanding of Site lay-out/map.
 Perform any additional responsibilities related to your work as may be requested or assigned
from time to time.

Education/Experience

Requirements:

 Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design software
 Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
 Experience: 1-2 years (Relevant)
 Strong Communication and presentation skills
 Project management skills
 Open to travel for club visits across India.
