Job Overview
We are looking for a well groomed friendly female casino receptionist to be responsible for welcoming guests managing online and telephonic booking.
Responsibilities
- Checking guests in and out.
- Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
- Organizing transport services for guests at their request
- Provide help to the guests related to car bookings or ticket bookings
- Providing guests with information about the Casino.
- Do a background check on the customer credit card.
- Provide necessary information to the guests.
- Respond to customer queries on time.
- Maintain and register the guests details.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping staff to ensure the rooms are cleaned and maintained according to guest requirements
- Brief the guests about additional services
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in the hospitality industry.
- Freshers can apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Wellpresented and professional appearance.
- Ability to learn on the job.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Working in flexible shift
- Knowledge of Computer and MS Office applications.
- Exceptional time management skills.
