Seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of academic counsellors in a fast-growing industry. Candidates must demonstrate leadership, knowledge, and produce results beyond sales for effective scaling.

Responsibilities:

- Manage, hire, train, and ramp a team of Sales Development Representatives/Academic Counsellors.

- Generate new business, focus on brand building, and collaborations for promotions.

- Conduct programs, campaigns, and sales operations to elevate business.

- Take intelligent risks, drive initiatives for growth, and achieve targets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Strong leadership skills.
