Pluto is the Enterprise Spend Management platform for MENA serving the $30 Trillion+ B2B Payments market. Pluto has one of the strongest Fintech brands in MENA and we need your help to make it even better. Our customers are CFOs, Head of Finance & other executives who value insightful but engaging conversations on social media. We are looking for a social media expert who will lead our LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other channels. You will be responsible for end-to-end content ideation, creation, delivery and ensure that our content is seen throughout the landscape. With the vision of building a modern financial operating system for businesses in MENA, we’re at the tipping point of a fintech revolution. We’re a lean but impactful team that dreams big and believes in making the impossible happen - and we are looking for someone equally motivated who wants to make their mark and help us expand our horizons. Key Responsibilities: Deeply understand our customers pain points & processes - this requires some understanding of how a company's finance teams work, but we will help you. Ideate content concepts that fit into what our ICP would like to see regularly. Be an incredible copywriter - people should want to read your writing. Manage social media scheduling across all company profiles. Manage engaging our followers and prospects on social media. Create engaging and eye-catching posts that help elevate our brand presence. You are an ideal fit if you.. A+ copywriter – if your writing is hard to read or not engaging, then this is not a fit. Strong experience using tools like Canva to be able to create engaging content. Experience creating and editing video content. Strong experience understanding social media management, virality conditions & marketing engagement. Ability to understand complex topics such as: accounting, finance, procurement etc. Strong experience using marketing tools to create, repurpose, distribute and engage with content. Ability to think through growth hacks across Pluto. Extremely high degree of organization skills, must be very good at e-mail management. At least 1 year of experience in similar roles. Ability to be self-sufficient and demonstrated ability to take on high degree of responsibility. Strong fluency in English. Strong work ethic is a must and eager to learn and make progress.
