Job description
Title : Configuration AnalystLocation : NoidaExperience : 2-5 YearsSalary Range : DOE Your role :- You will be responsible for implementing Hays proprietary technology as well as a range of client owned and "off the shelf" recruitment management technology products. Responsible for the configuration and user acceptance testing of systems, migration of data and supporting the system launch and transition to our specialist support teams within our Enterprise Solutions implementations.Key deliverables :We will equip you with the tools and training to help you thrive and to :Deliver an efficient and compliant process :- Responsible for setup of client systems including being an expert on system configuration, user acceptance testing and managing data migration from Hays and client systems- Execute configuration of the system and any other agreed changes- Facilitate internal and client User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the configured system including escalationof any issues to IT team/system owners; follow up testing through to resolution of any identified issues- Lead data migration work stream including collecting, analysing and validating data from different sources to populate the systems where required- Perform detailed assessments of requests for change, considering data requirements, impacts to interfacing systems/applications, upstream and downstream processing impacts, data flow changes, data validation and efficiency- Manage all queries and feedback related to business and functional requirements and support with documented revisions where required- Reporting progress and updates back to the wider project team- Business regression testing of development release cycles for Hays proprietary technology and key third party technologies- Demonstrate a commitment to understand all systems in use within the business- Conduct thorough analysis of escalated issues to ensure effective resolution - Encourage use of self-help resources by end users and support with the creation of system training materialOptimise systems and process :- Ensure adherence to all relevant legislative requirements- Demonstrate a commitment to own data integrity, maintaining a high standard of knowledge and user expertise (ref:hirist.tech)
