Job description

Experience : 6 years to 11 years

Job Location : Pune, Bangalore, Gurgaon

Role and Responsibilities:

Coordination of 2nd and 3rd level support (incident, problem, release and change management) according to ITIL in SC3, Jira, etc. Ensure that smooth operation of the PLM landscape through proactive maintenance activities Investigate the functional, technical and performance issues and work with end-users to find the resolution. Support end users with Windchill Configuration, Installation or Upgrade/migration issues, end user issues Perform root cause analysis for problems Communication/coordination with PTC Support for communication on cases to R&D Update the documentation associated with best practices and end-user training materials
