Roles And Responsibilties
Coordinate with clients to get a clear view on their workforce requirements and hiring needs
Devise and carry out a targeted sourcing strategy and plan
Research into clients company, competitors and market place
Source candidates through various channels and mediums
Go on field to get leads and source candidates as per business requirement
Track and identify prospective candidates
Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
Conduct telephonic confidential interviews and screening, follow-up references
Send shortlisted candidates to client workplace and provide detailed profile summaries
Offer guidance and facilitate the onboarding process through to its completion
Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate's transition and onboarding process
Network and build long-lasting relationships with candidates and client
Mandatory Language Proficiency Requirement
An ideal candidate should have work level proficiency in English, Telugu and Hindi
An ideal candidate should be able to understand and speak Telugu, Hindi and English languages fluently
Skills Required
An ideal candidate should be skilled in telephonic conversation to make significant number of calls on a daily basis to get leads
An ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge of recruitment process
An ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in blue collar and grey collar hiring
An ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Google sheets and typing
An ideal candidate should be willing to work and devise a plan for bulk hiring of candidates
Our Client Base- Amazon Logistics, Flipkart Logistics, SBI, Uncle Delivery, Hiveloop, Mahendra Holidays, Avenue Supermarts-DMart, Muthoot Finance and many more.
Working Hours- 10am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday
