Position: SAP B1 Functional consultant

Location: Bangalore( Work from Office)

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Atleast 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting SAP B1 software

Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, including financials, sales, purchasing, inventory, and production

Experience of configuring and customizing SAP B1 software to meet client needs

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients to gather business requirements

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

SAP B1 certification preferred

Good command over written and spoken English besides Hindi

Role & responsibilities :

1. Understanding Business Requirements:

Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.

Interact with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.

2. System Implementation:

Design and configure SAP B1 to meet the specific needs of the client.

Customize and implement SAP B1 modules based on business processes.

Ensure that the system aligns with industry best practices.

3. Consulting and Advisory:

Provide expert advice to clients on how to best utilize SAP B1 for their business.

Recommend solutions and improvements based on industry knowledge and best practices.

Guide clients on business process optimization using SAP B1.

4. User Training:

Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively use SAP B1.

Create training materials and documentation to support user education.

5. Testing and Quality Assurance:

Perform system testing to validate that the configured SAP B1 system meets the defined requirements.

Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase.

6. Data Migration:

Assist in the migration of data from legacy systems to SAP B1.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process.

7. Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide ongoing support to clients after the SAP B1 implementation.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP B1 system.

Collaborate with technical consultants for more complex technical issues.

8. Documentation:

Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.

Document customizations and changes made to the SAP B1 system.

9. Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest SAP B1 features, updates, and industry trends.

Suggest and implement continuous improvements to optimize business processes.

10. Communication:

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Update project stakeholders on the progress of SAP B1 implementations.
