Magicbricks, a leading real estate platform, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Interior Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Interior Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling interior design services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their interior design needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized consultation and guidance to clients to ensure their satisfaction with the interior design solutions.
Sales and Business Development:
- Actively promote and sell interior design services offered by Magicbricks.
- Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and conversion strategies.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, products, and materials.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of Magicbricks' interiors offerings to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
Collaboration with Design partners:
- Work closely with Magicbricks' interior design partners to ensure seamless communication and understanding of client requirements.
- Facilitate the smooth execution of interior design projects by coordinating with the design and implementation partners.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or real estate industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
