Job description
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of Sales Managers fostering a dynamic agency.
- Guide and support Sales Managers in their initial stages for enhanced productivity.
- Ensure adherence to team confirmation norms.
Key Accountabilities:
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships within the team and with internal and external customers.
- Oversee sales activities in the channel ensuring effective management.
Channel Support and Sales Process Management:
- Handle endtoend processes from sourcing to issuance and address postissuance customer concerns.
- Manage financial aspects meet targets execute sales promotion activities and ensure commission reconciliation.
Training and Product Support:
- Conduct ongoing training and skill development sessions for channels and employees including onboarding for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any stream.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Exceptional communication presentation and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills.
