Basic Information

Position Title – Lead Executive

Experience Level – 4 to 6 years

Department - Employee Engagement – Human Resources

Location – Bangalore ETV

Position reports to - Process Leader

Job Purpose

The Employee Engagement role is a key client facing role in which the individual will be expected to build and maintain effective relationships with their businesses and all other stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Be available to employees and managers to provide operational support and guidance on team management, employee relations/counselling, performance management, employee development succession planning along with the handling of sensitive or difficult situations.
• Develop HR solutions to meet internal client requirements and business needs and ensure that these are owned and effectively implemented by line management.
• Ensure employee connect through one-on ones; skip level meetings, Townhalls, etc.
• Execute various companywide /team level engagement projects campaigns, initiatives, and events.
• Work within and actively promote the corporate strategies, policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
• Facilitate execution of Reward & Recognition programme
• Conduct new employee orientation and exit interviews.
• Coordinate for mid-year reviews and annual appraisal cycle
• Support HR analytics projects and work on attrition reports

Key Competencies

• The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years' experience in a generalist HR/Business HR environment and should possess the following qualifications/experience
• Manage social media handles and curate content for emails and various online platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.)
• Assisting with designing and formatting of presentation decks, mailers and posters for events
• Vendor management – Logistical arrangement with vendors, source for and negotiate according to events needs
• Qualifications in discipline such as Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, Psychology or Social Science will be highly regarded.
• High degree of integrity and confidentiality
• Proven influencing, negotiation and time management skills and be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills including, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.

In addition, one must also have the ability to work in a truly multi-cultural team environment and enjoy dealing with team members at all levels across multiple locations.

As a part of the Employee Engagement team, you will be a key business partner in the company responsible for providing a comprehensive and high-quality HR service to all lines of business.
