Job description
1. Conceptualize and design branding materials, including brochures, flyers, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals, and social media collaterals.
2. Translate client needs and branding strategies into effective design strategies, selecting appropriate colors, fonts, photographs, logos, and other design elements.
3. Adhere to client brand guidelines, ensuring the delivery of designs that meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency.
4. Stay updated on the latest design trends and advocate for their incorporation within the team and customer projects.
5. Provide unique and innovative design solutions, persuasively guiding clients towards optimal design choices.
6. Communicate effectively with clients, comprehending design briefs, and sharing creative ideas.
7. Prioritize deadlines and efficiently manage multiple creative projects concurrently.
8. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor s degree or college diploma, preferably in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media).
3. 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across various mediums.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to comprehend and persuade effectively.
5. Background in a creative agency is preferred.
