Base - ₹2,40,000 - ₹4,80,000 per annum
Commission - Competitive & Uncapped
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the IT services sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new business prospects.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically in the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services and technology trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
