Position Name: Technical Consultant / Sr. Technical Consultant
Experience : 3 - 7 Yrs
Location : Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize MS SQL Server and ApBuilder. Develop and modify application functionality using MS SQL Server to meet customer requirements effectively.
- Autonomous Functionality Building: Translate requirements and design specs into actionable tasks, independently building functionality while focusing on individual components without the need for a comprehensive understanding of the entire system architecture.
- Task Tracking and Reporting: Utilize the onboarding tool GuideCX to accurately track hours worked and monitor task progress. Provide regular updates on task completion status to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Achieve Monthly Output Goals: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly output goals, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality work within hours assigned.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster open communication and collaboration by engaging frequently with supervisors and teammates. Share insights, progress updates, and challenges encountered to ensure collective success.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management team, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the offshore technical operations.

- 2-3 years' experience with Relational Database Management Systems
- 1 to 2 years' experience with SQL and/or technical support

Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems (or equivalent education or work experience)
