What You'll Do - Aristocrat, a recognized leader in the gaming entertainment industry, seeks an accomplished Salesforce.com Sr. Tester / QA Lead to become an integral part of our technical delivery team. This Salesforce.com Tester / QA Lead will play a vital role in testing and execution of Aristocrat's strategic initiatives. In Addition, you will put your talents to the test working within multiple Salesforce clouds designed to drive customer engagement and sales enablement (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Community Portal and CPQ).
- The Ideal candidate for this exciting role will bring extensive experience in testing solutions within the salesforce.com ecosystem which leverage both standard and custom functionalities.
- You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for delivering comprehensive business solutions originating from PMO projects, a robust run/grow intake process and saleforce.com feature release roadmap catalogs across stakeholder groups.
- This Salesforce.com Sr. Tester / QA Lead role represents a key leader within our business engagement and technical delivery teams. The leadership provided by this tester / QA lead will enable scalable solutions across multiple platforms which drive industry leading business capabilities and customer engagement.
- We put a strong emphasis on individual ownership and value engineers who take pride in working over the full lifecycle of a project.
What You'll Do: - Lead and test scalable solutions for Marketing, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Field Service and various managed packages and ISV's
- Provide oversight across platform related domains as a member of the Salesforce Delivery Team
- Evaluate feature utilization and provide recommended adoption of features to increase earned value to our business
- Continuously measure and improve internal platform operating best practices and processes for testing.
- Provide quality testing with defects to ensure quality of delivery
- Mentor testing and advanced configuration teams
- Provide hands-on testing to supplement the internal testing and external ISV partners when needed
- Execute platform health audits and oversee / drive quality testing of tech debts.
- This role acts as the QA owner of our salesforce.com delivery for the ANZ
What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree Computer Science, MIS or other technical equivalent
- 6-8 years overall testing experience in Salesforce.com
Experience should include testing: - Understanding business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional diagrams.
- Documenting current state business processes, system designs, sequence diagrams for correct testing.
- Configuration, workflows, validation rules, and security controls
- Custom, Visual Force, Apex Coding, Writing Tests Cases.
- Solution design, batch process and coding frameworks within salesforce.com
- WebService frameworks on the force.com platform
- Along with Data management best practices
- Expert level understanding of QA environment management to assist with smooth release management, best practices, and deployment methodologies.
