Responsibilities: Content Oversight: Develop and curate high-quality STEM content suitable for students in grades 3 to 12. Ensure that the content aligns with educational standards and curriculum requirements. Continuously review and improve content based on feedback and industry advancements Operations Management: Coordinate with school administrators to schedule STEM sessions and manage logistical aspects. Supervise the delivery of STEM sessions in client schools to ensure smooth operations. Address any operational challenges and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of STEM sessions delivered in client schools. Conduct periodic evaluations to assess the effectiveness of teaching methods and content delivery. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to instructors to maintain high standards. Educational Leadership: Serve as a mentor and resource for instructors, offering support and guidance as needed. Stay updated on advancements in STEM education, particularly in coding, Arduino, 3D printing, and other relevant technologies. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the educational community. Technology Integration: Demonstrate proficiency in coding, Arduino, 3D printing, and other relevant technologies. Integrate technology effectively into STEM lessons to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide assistance to instructors and students as required. Qualifications Experience as an academic operations lead or similar role Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Experience with project management and budgeting Experience in education or education industry is a plusJob tags
